If you have an after hours maintenance emergency, please call (859) 513-5700.

A maintenance emergency is a condition that if not repaired promptly, could cause injury, threaten health, or cause serious, property damage.

Examples of emergency repairs would include failure of the heating system during extreme temperatures, a burst pipe or flooding, gas leaks, or severe electrical problems, such as sparks and smoke from an outlet or electrical fixture.

In the event of a fire, CALL 911 FIRST.
